Auto-Renewal Agreement
The auto-renewal service is provided to prevent members from failing to renew their VIP membership in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons, on the premise that the member has already purchased the VIP membership service. If a member chooses to activate the auto-renewal service, the platform will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle 24 hours before the expiration of the member's auto-renewal period and after the expiration. For some payment channels, the actual deduction cycle may be determined by the operator or payment channel based on actual conditions. Members can choose billing cycles such as monthly, quarterly, or annual, and agree that the payment channel may deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the user's bound account without verifying the member's account password, payment password, or SMS verification code. Unless the member or the platform actively cancels the auto-renewal service, the service will be automatically renewed and deducted without any limit on the number of times. If the member does not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal service, it will be deemed that the member agrees that the platform may attempt to deduct the fee within a certain period after the expiration of the membership service period in accordance with the payment channel's deduction rules (even if the account balance is insufficient). Once the deduction is successful, the platform will activate the VIP membership service corresponding to the current billing cycle.
Please be aware that the platform reserves the right to adjust the price of membership services (including auto-renewal services). If the platform adjusts the price of the auto-renewal service during the validity period of the member's auto-renewal service, the platform will notify the member through one or more reasonable means such as announcements or in-site messages. If the member does not agree to the price adjustment of the auto-renewal service, the member may cancel the auto-renewal service in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and the member's service period will terminate upon the expiration of the current membership service cycle. If the member does not cancel the auto-renewal service, the payment channel will deduct the service fee for the next and subsequent billing cycles at the adjusted price. At the same time, please be aware that due to the deduction rules of the payment channel, if the member cancels the auto-renewal service within 24 hours before the expiration of the current auto-renewal service billing cycle, the payment channel may deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle at the adjusted price and then stop the deduction service. If the deduction is successful, the member's service period will terminate upon the expiration of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation of Auto-Renewal Service
For in-app purchases on Apple devices:
Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone → Tap "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select "QQ Membership" → Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the "Edit Subscription" page.
If you are unable to cancel the subscription or do not see the "Cancel Subscription" button, please contact Apple Customer Service at 4006668800 for assistance in closing the subscription.
